Vendor applications for It’s Your Festival 2024 are now open!!!
BECOME A VENDOR
It is our pleasure to invite you to partner with the Hamilton Folk Arts Heritage Council as we showcase It’s Your Festival. We hope that you will be able to celebrate with us as we host 3 days of multi-cultural Canadian music and artistic performances, as well as international crafts and food.
Here are the steps to take before becoming a vendor:
- Review our Regulations
- Complete and submit a vendor interest form
- If we have space for your particular product/service, we will invite you to apply
We ONLY accept vendor interest forms as the first point of contact.
Please do not send any application fees until acceptance. Application fees sent without approval will not be refunded.
Please note because of the high number of applications we receive, we will only contact applicants under consideration.

TYPES OF VENDORS
FOOD – Our food vendors sell multi-cultural foods from a tent or their own food stands/trucks. Please note: we do strive not to exactly duplicate a product, but cannot offer exclusivity.
ARTS & CRAFTS – Our arts and crafts vendors sell items that must be HANDMADE. A minimum of 70% of the items being sold must be Handmade.
COMMERCIAL – Our commercial vendors sell goods that are not handmade and/or services for profit.
HEALTH & WELLNESS – Our health & wellness vendors offer goods and/or services that nurture the body, mind and soul.
SERVICE GROUPS – Our service group vendors are charities that hold a non-profit status and wish to share information about their organization.
