2025 It’s Your Festival Volunteer Sign-Up

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the 2025 It’s Your Festival, celebrating Canada Day from June 28 to July 1, 2025. Volunteers are the backbone of It’s Your Festival. We could not do it without you. If you wish to join us for this year’s festival, or year round, please fill out our application form and we will be in touch. * Note about Smart Serve / First Aid

If you hold a certificate issued PRIOR to July 1, 2020, your certificate will expire on June 30, 2025. Anyone certified on or after July 1, 2020, will have 5-years, from the date of issue, to recertify. It will be the certificate holder’s responsibility to recertify BEFORE their certificate expires. All valid Smart Serve certificate holders can recertify for a discounted price of $29.95 if you do so prior to your certificate expiring. Check your Smart Serve status at Smart Serve Ontario.

All Smart Serve and First Aid Training certifications must be presented to HFAHC for verification.

You can sign up for as many or as few days as you want. We ask that all volunteers commit to at least one four-hour shift. Please indicate which days you're available, and your preferred availability for mornings, afternoons or evening shifts.
