March 13, 2023 – Hamilton, Ontario – Hamilton Folk Arts Heritage Council is excited to announce, after a three-year absence, the return of the 54th annual It’s Your Festival from July 1-3, 2023, to Hamilton’s beautiful, historic Gage Park (1000 Main Street East). This beloved event has become a staple of the Hamilton community and is expected to draw thousands of visitors to the city this summer. The festival will feature four stages of entertainment, free family fun, a midway and more.
This year’s festival promises to be bigger and better than ever before, featuring a wide range of food, vendors, activities and events for people of all ages.
One of the highlights of this year’s festival will be the live music performances, featuring a diverse lineup of talented artists from across Canada. Look out for our coming entertainment announcement before the festival! There will be something for everyone. In addition to the musical performances, the festival will also include the annual Parade of Cultures, Just One Wish Kindness Awards, Canadian citizenship ceremony, and showcase a variety of cultural dances, including traditional Indigenous performances.
“We are thrilled to be bringing It’s Your Festival back to Hamilton for the 54th year,” said Program Director, Lloyd Turner. “This event is always a highlight of the summer, and we’re excited to welcome both new and returning visitors to our city for this fun-filled weekend.”
